Maintenance Manager (CityMall)

Description: Manages the overall maintenance of the Mall’s building, equipments, and facilities. Responsible for the performance an follow up on a team of Engineers and technicians. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or relevant Engineering field. 
• Minimum of 8 years experience. Past experience in Malls, hotels or hospitals is a plus. 
• Experienced in preventive maintenance schedules of machines in electromechanical work for the Building’s equipments. 
• Experienced in maintenance documentation, preventive and corrective maintenance processes and work programs. 
• Experienced in heating systems, pumps, air conditioning and boilers. 
• Experienced in advanced computerized building systems (BMS).
