Leasing Coordinator (CityMall)

Description: Assists the Leasing Manager in managing, communicating and supervising on daily basis the performance of retail tenants and outlets at City Mall. Minimum Job Requirements:
 • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field. 
 • A minimum of 3 years experience in Leasing, Sales or Client Servicing 
 • Experience in handling corporate accounts is a plus 
 • Details oriented with good knowledge of budgets and reports. 
 • Customer oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
 • Excellent organisation and presentation skills. 
 • Excellent command of Arabic & English (spoken and written).
 • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge in Oracle is a plus.
