Human Resources Officer (CityMall)

Description: Performs human resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, labour relations, and employment equity programs. Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years experience in advanced personnel administration and human resources practices. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills. 
• Experienced in implementing policies and procedures. 
• Excellent command of Arabic & English (spoken and written). 
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
