Customer Care Representatives (CityMall)

Description: Assists and caters to the needs of all shoppers and visitors. Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Care related positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and a strong team player.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer oriented with excellent people skills.
• Excellent command of Arabic & English (spoken and written).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
